We believe that every child deserves an opportunity to learn, to play, and to dream.
Unfortunately in Uganda, many children have been orphaned or lack the necessary resources to live a secure life and to flourish as individuals. In 2019 UNICEF estimated there is about 2.7 million orphaned children in Uganda, many due to HIV/AIDS and accidents on the road. Many children are HIV positive and don’t have access to treatment and are unable to attend school because they are vulnerable to illnesses or aren’t able to take the HIV medication when food isn’t available due to the extreme adverse side effects. The majority of these children are in Non-government organizations with little to no regulation and many are at risk of being subjected to various forms of abuse.
We are here to support, protect, educate, and elevate the precious souls of this generation and generations to come. Head over to our get involved tab to be a part of supporting a child with basic needs, education, and medication.
“Behold, children are a heritage and gift from the LORD.”
Psalms 127:3
“At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" And said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.””
Matthew 18:1, 3-4
“But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven."”
Matthew 19:14
