Because Her Voice Matters Too
We believe every girl is a princess and needs to know her value, that she has a voice to be heard, and not be afraid to have personal aspirations.
Part of the work we do is to EMPOWER young girls and women of Uganda through education and life skills. We want to erase the narrative that a woman exchanges her educational opportunities to be a wife or raise the next generation. Unfortunately, many girls lack finances for school fees and feminine hygiene products, and are forced to miss school. Financial burdens of feminine products can be alleviated by teaching communities how to make reusable pads. Uganda Generation Hope is there to support and encourage these young women to bring their unique and individual voices together to create powerful and self-reliant generations of women.
