Bethany Hicks

Bethany is a light hearted and enthusiastic individual with a passion for loving people. She is currently completing her bachelor's in Public Relations at Concordia University in Austin, TX while being an only parent to her son, Charlie (3). Bethany fell in love with Uganda when she visited in 2014 and was deeply impacted by the Ugandan people, land, and culture. She assisted in orchestrating food relief amid the COVID lockdown and the operation transformed into the nonprofit, Uganda Generation Hope. Bethany looks forward to spreading her enthusiasm for loving and helping others with the hope it will become more contagious than pandemic.
